Built for Reliable Roofing Performance
At Saidhem, the supplier behind MILLINK steel, business is built on sincerity, trust and long-term relationships.
Our principle is simple: Either we supply what we promise in our documents and contracts, or we honestly tell our customers that another supplier may better meet their expectations.
Some time ago, one of our valued customers decided to purchase steel from another supplier who offered a remarkably low price. We respected his decision. However, we chose not to compete with promises we could not responsibly make.
Four months later, after numerous phone calls and delivery delays, his containers finally arrived.
The documents stated 28 tonnes of steel per container. But each container contained only 14 tonnes, although he had paid for 28 tonnes.
He called us urgently to get advice on how he can recover his loss from this supplier . Unfortunately, his supplier had stopped answering the phone. We felt sorry for him, but there was little we could do.
This experience carries an important lesson for every importer.
Before buying from any overseas supplier:
- Verify the company’s incorporation certificate and business registration.
- Check its reputation and trading history.
- Make sure product specifications, quantities and delivery terms are clearly written in the contract.
- Start with a trial order before making a large investment.
- Never allow an unusually low price to replace proper due diligence.
At MILLINK Commercial Roofing Steel, supplied by Saidhem, we believe that a successful transaction is not simply about getting an order. It is about delivering what has been agreed and building a relationship where both parties benefit.
A low price may attract your attention. A reliable supplier protects your investment.
